How much are the shipping costs ?
The delivery cost amount is indicated in the shopping cart section and must be approved by the Customer before each order is validated.
All our dispatches to the European Union exclude tax.
All our dispatches outside the European Union, including Switzerland & Norway, exclude tax. Any customs duties and levies shall be borne by the Buyer.
Delivery costs are determined as follows :
- Delivery in France : 5 euros
- Delivery in European Union : 12 euros
- Delivery to the US and Canada : 25 euros
- Delivery in Asia : 40 euros
When can I expect my order ?
- France : 3 to 4 working days.
- Europe : 4 to 7 working days.
- Rest of the world : 5 to 10 working days.
All the pieces are made-to-order, please consider that delivery time can be estimated by adding the time required for manufacturing (about 1 week) to the time required for delivery.
Unfortunately, we cannot promise your package will arrive by a certain date. Transit times can vary greatly from country to country.
Where is my order ?
Once your order is sent, you will automatically receive a mail with a link to follow it. Just put your tracking number to see where is your order.
Do you accept returns ?
To return an item, simply send it to the following address :

Returned items must be in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions etc.) so that they are fit for resale as new products, accompanied by the sales invoice and duly completed return form. Damaged, soiled or incomplete Products will not be accepted.
The costs of the return will be borne by the customer.
